Store Policies All products are new, unopened, and officially licensed products. We guarantee our products to be free of defects and to be of the highest quality at the time they were published. No exchanges or returns of open products are allowed. We will be responsible for delivering the products ordered in new condition. We will NOT be responsible for your enjoyment of any particular series. If for any reason, you feel that you have received a product that is not what was advertised, please contact our customer service department with your concerns at customerservice@kdramarama.com and we will make every effort to get the situation rectified. In the rare event that a product arrives defective, it will be replaced with an identical product. If for any reason a replacement product is unavailable (normally only applies if the manufacturer has discontinued the product and no existing stock is available), then a mutually agreed-upon replacement will be issued. If a product is damaged during shipping, obtain a claim from the postal carrier and we will work with you to get a replacement set issued as soon as possible. Our aim is to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion at a fair price. We are proud and happy to help spread the K-Drama love and to help as many people as possible catch the "Korean Wave."
